Meet Your Brand Designer

Hi, friend! I’m Victoria. Based near Vancouver, BC, I’ve been leading V&CO since 2015 (that’s 10 years!), growing it from a side hustle to a full-time business. I know the journey of building a brand, and I’m here to help you navigate yours.

In 2024, I stepped into the incredible role of motherhood while continuing to lead my business. Balancing these two worlds has been both rewarding and challenging—a beautiful reminder of the resilience, creativity, and strength that women bring to everything they do. Every day, I’m inspired by the amazing women I work with and can’t wait to show my daughter the remarkable brands I’ve helped shape—proof that women are truly unstoppable.

Hi! I’m Zoya. I'm a Content Manager at V&CO Design Studio — specializing in all things copy and content creation. I love working with small business owners to bring their vision to fruition through thoughtfully curated words and design. I'm an island girl at heart, having earned my BBA at Camosun College in Victoria, but am now lucky enough to call Squamish my home and working base. When I'm not busy typing behind my computer screen, you can often find me in the mountains on a pair of skis, running down a new trail, or nose-deep in my latest read with a body of water nearby.

I grew up on Vancouver Island, and I would swim in the ocean every month of the year if I could (and I have).

Before getting my BBA at Camosun College, I did two years of Sociology at UVIC.

I read fast. (Like, really fast). 2-3 romance novels a week is my standard, and I hardly stray.
